Raw vegan recipe share

From your morning smoothie to raw granola, gazpacho, unleavened sun-baked sprouted seed breads, and more. What are your favorite ways of nutritionally treading lightly on mother Gaia? Simple is best, and of course all ingredients are best organic and local. Here are a couple of my favorites in single serving sizes:


Green apple(or other local fruit) sauce:

8 oz fresh local apple, peach, etc, slic
ed and cored

2 or 3 leaves of kale or other local green, torn up. I get mine from the garden at the moment

1/4 - 1/2 cup water, fresh juice, herbal tea, etc
Lots of love and imagination

Process in blender or food processor until smooth. Enjoy!

Raw granola:

12 fresh squash or other tender seeds
several raw nuts, whole, chopped, or pulsed in food processor
1 or 2 tblspn ground flaxseed
fresh or dehydrated fruit
freshly prepared cashew milk (see recipe below)
natural sweetener (optional)
Love and ingenuity

Combine and enjoy!

Cashew milk:

5 whole raw cashews
8 oz spring or filtered water
natural sweetener
cinnamon or other sweet spice

Blend on high in blender until oils are fully emulsified. Enjoy!
