In this video, we will explore Carl Jung's Red Book chapter The Red One. This is an important chapter, as it provides his first inner experience following the Mysterium. While The Red One is his personal devil, you will see it is not all doom and gloom. It is also a necessary part of anyone's individuation journey. Just as the light side of the mind is pursued, so should the dark side of the Psyche.
