"Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours." -Mark 11:24

Christ is telling us here that to have our prayers answered we must believe that they have already been answered, but what does this entail?

To feel is to believe because you never feel any form of emotion without believing something to be true about yourself and your life in general. Jesus is telling us here to feel as if we already have that which we're asking for. This is the true measure of faith,; to believe in the unseen.

The only question that arises is; are your desires in alignment with the will of God or not? You have to have the right discernment to tell whether you are asking for things out of joy or out of a desperate sense of incompleteness and dissatisfaction.

"Seek ye first the Kingdom of God, and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you." -Matthew 6:33

When you paradoxically get to a place where you are comfortable in the present moment with God's love directing your steps, you realise that you need nothing to make you feel happy or joy. You go beyond the need for triggers in the external world to make you happy or at peace; God's love suffices. Yet, God still wants you to do certain things in this world, thus He inspires you to use the creative power of prayer to bring more of His love into the world.

Let us pray and ask Go to give us the right discernment as to tell which desires belong to Him and those which belong to our conditioned past or as St Paul said in Ephesians, the old man. Let us drop those desires which don't belong to our soul and God, and have the willingness to drop the unconscious belief that we'll never be happy unless our desires are brought into manifestation. This is one of the enemy's greatest lies, because, like I just said, true happiness doesn't depend on the external world at all.

God alone suffices, stay blessed and happy. God loves you.
